The Farm is situated in the Beautiful Eastern Cape. The Gonubie River hugs most the Farm creating a lush & fertile environment filled with Amazing Scenery such as Towering Kraanses, Sweeping Valleys & Plains rich with Indigenous Vegetation. This coupled with the abundance of Wildlife such as Eland, Impala, Giraffe & more, create for an Awe Inspiring & Relaxing environment to destress & reinvigorate your soul. The whole Reserve is open for hiking. Under 7 years old do not pay - they just stay!! The space It is quiet and secluded and yet near to East London (half an hours drive). Bring your bicycle and tekkies and come and relax. You can do unguided self drive game drives. Guests can do hiking routes at no extra charge. It is Peaceful and Absolutely Relaxing with birds waking you up, and Nightjars Singing you to sleep. You wake up to the most beautiful view of Nature at her best. All activities are included in your accommodation fees. We sell wood at reception. Kimmy's Bush Cafe is also available for your convenience, please enquire for additional information and operating times. Our water is brackish, water is for sale at the cafe. We recommend high clearance vehicles however a standard vehicle will also work please NO low profile vehicles. Please bring your own swimming towels, the swimming facilities will be available from the 15th December, there is also access to the river for swimming. Guest access The whole reserve is available to our guests. Only the two private residencies are not open to the public. Other things to note You preferably need a higher clearance vehicle , otherwise your vehicle needs to be left at the managers house and he 'll take you to the cabin or tent camp. This is a Eco cabin running of wind energy so please no hair dryers. Just come and relax ladies.
