The house is located on the edge of the splendid Domaniale forest of Reno Valdieu. A small pedestrian path that adjoins the house along a stream allows you to reach La Chapelle Montligeon in 15 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. The house is facing south facing a large fenced garden of 1800m2. For the greatest change of scenery for young and old,... our immediate neighbors are 3 horses and a pony...not to mention ducks, chickens, sheep... according to the seasons. The space On the ground floor we find: - kitchen open on dining area and fireplace -Living room with its pellet stove- - 1 bench that can be used as a sleeping area. - 1 sofa bed 140x190 - a bedroom: 160x200 bed and its bathroom and toilet - one bedroom with 120x190 bed ( suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) - an office - independent toilets Upstairs: - a very large room: bed 140 - a bathroom and WC , open to: - a landing room (DVD corner, reading and drawing) with a baby bed. - a child's room 1 bed 90x190+an extra child mattress 120x70 Guest access Garden furniture and a barbecue are available as well as bicycles (2 adults and 1 child)...for the many walks to make from the house by the trails. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a double sink, a large bar/worktop, a dishwasher, a combined oven ( oven, grill, microwave) with 2 electric plates, a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Linens (sheets, towels, towels) are not provided, nevertheless I can offer you this service for a fee at a cost of €8/pers./stay. The dining table accommodates 6/8 people. An extra table for 4 people is available under the bed of the large bedroom on the Ground Floor. The mentioned departure time (10am) could be expanded in that the house would not be occupied that day.
