Quiet and greenery, in La Chapelle Montligeon

The house is located on the edge of the splendid Réno Valdieu State Forest. A small pedestrian path that adjoins the house along a stream leads to the village of La Chapelle Montligeon. The house is south-facing facing a large fenced garden of 1800 m2. For the greatest change of scenery for young and old,... our immediate neighbors are 3 horses and a pony... not to mention ducks, chickens, sheep... depending on the season. The space On the ground floor there is: - open plan kitchen with dining area and fireplace - living room with pellet stove- - 1 bench that can be used as a bed. - 1 sofa bed 140 x 190 - one bedroom: 160 x 200 bed and its bathroom and toilet - one bedroom with 120 x 190 bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) - an office - separate toilet Upstairs: - a very large bedroom: 140 bed - a bathroom and toilet, open to: - a landing room (DVD, reading and drawing area) with a baby bed. - one children's room 1 bed 90x190 + an additional children's mattress 120x70 Guest access Garden furniture and a barbecue are available as well as bicycles (2 adults and 1 child)... for the many walks to be taken from the house along the marked trails. Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a double sink, a large bar/worktop, a dishwasher, a combination oven (oven, grill, microwave), 2 electric hot plates, a fridge with freezer compartment. Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) are not provided, however I can offer this service for a contribution at cost of €10/person/stay. The dining room table seats 6/8 people. An additional table for 4 people is available under the bed of the large bedroom on the ground floor. The mentioned departure time (10 a.m.) could be extended to the extent that the house would not be occupied the same day.
