Welcome to our vacation house in the heart of charming Novalja center, close to Zrce. One big advantage of our house is the top-notch LOCATION, it’s also fresh renovated and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful yard. Just a few minutes walk to everything you may need (shops, bars, restaurants, beach, bus stop to Zrce beach, club, bakery, butchery...), but still a peaceful place to get a good night (or day :D) of sleep. The space Our vacation rental will make you feel at home since it actually was home for a long time, so it has an authentic touch, typical for the area. Big terrace, garden with a whirlpool and a stone grill, 3 parking spaces, 2 bathrooms (bathtub and a shower,2 toilets), 4 (sleeping) rooms- every with its own air conditioner (3 bedrooms have a balcony), fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, dishes, toasters...), washing machine, wifi... You can find some board/card games in our storage room to make your vacation more fun! Guest access Once you park your car in front of the house, you won't be needing it, unless you want to explore the area. Everything you need is really close and reachable on foot. Closest nice beach with a natural tree shadow is 500 m away ( ca. 7 min on foot).
