The Incrociata Farmhouse, built on a hill 300 mts above sea level, is the ideal destination for guests who are looking for a holiday close to nature in the quiet of the countryside. The space 1st floor: living/dining room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, wall safe. Guest access The large old country house located inside the estate, dates back to the mid 19th century and offers comfortable, sunny accommodation with easy access to pleasant nature walks in the nearby traditional Italian farmland. The house is surrounded by 1000 sqm of lawn and a large well equipped swimming pool (15 X 7 metres, 1,10 -1,50 metres deep) is open from May to September. There are swings and games for children, table tennis, table football sets and benches and tables under century old oak trees. A barbecue, a laundry and a roofed parking area are available for the use of guests. There is a riding centre 3 km from the house and tennis courts 5 km away. Basic items can be purchased in the small village of Pietraviva about 500 metres from the estate and in the town of Ambra, 4kms away, you will find a wide variety of shops. Other things to note Tourist tax :Euro 1,50 per adult per night – excluding children under 12. Tax must be paid cash – no credit cards accepted for tax payments.
