Our kitnet is located in a quiet neighborhood, one minute from Anaua Park, the largest park in the northern region, 5 minutes by car from the airport, 3 minutes from Praça das Águas and 5 minutes from downtown. It is a family space, quiet and peaceful. Included: gas, electricity, water, internet, towels, bedding, basic hygiene and cleaning products, washing machine, dishes and appliances such as blender and coffee maker The space you will love the space, it is safe and cozy. The house is equipped with all the furniture, appliances and utensils, to provide you with comfort and practicality. Guest access you have exclusive access to the kitnet, the laundry and the patio is shared Other things to note In the laundry room: the guest can use the washing machine only once a week. For stays longer than 5 days, gas and cleaning fees are to be agreed upon.
