Please note that for 10 people, 2 people will sleep in the living room or in the wellness area on guest beds. If you book for up to 4 or up to 6 people, you choose your 2 or 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. The other bedrooms and bathrooms remain locked. Single room surcharge one-time additional EUR 50. Our guests only have access to the large V&B outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people if this was additionally booked (EUR 30 per day). Access to the indoor wellness and fitness area (including Sauna, steam room, hot tub, Kneipp applications and fitness equipment) only have our guests if this was additionally booked (EUR 20 per day) The gas fireplace is only available when booking for an additional EUR 10 per day. Other things to note Please note the minimum stay of 7 days and that the day of arrival and departure is Saturday in the summer from July 11 to September 12, 2026. During this time, the other days of the week are closed to travel to and from. Unfortunately, this cannot be set in the Airbnb booking system. Check-in and house handover are done contactlessly and by phone. You will receive detailed instructions on how to use the wellness facilities and technology. 4 bicycles (EUR 3 per bike/day) and a handcart are available for free use. On request, you can also book with us optionally: - Bathrobes and sauna towels (EUR 15 or EUR 7) - Extra bedding (EUR 15 p.p.) - Additional hand and shower towels (EUR 3 or EUR 5 per piece) - Large duvet covers (155x220cm) EUR 10 per person - Polyester duvets and pillows (allergy sufferers) EUR 10 per person - Private chef (price by arrangement directly with the chef) - Mobile massage service to complement our in-house wellness offer (from EUR 50) - An early check-in from 12:00 pm or a late check-out until 2:00 pm, bookable on request for EUR 50 each - For arrival or departure on Sunday, we unfortunately have to charge EUR 50 (Sunday surcharge service provider). - Additional bedrooms are available for single occupancy, EUR 50 per room one-time. - The outdoor hot tub costs an optional EUR 30 per day - The indoor wellness area is optional and costs EUR 20 per day - The gas fireplace optional EUR 10 per day - 4 bicycles (2 Dutch bikes and 2 folding bikes) can be rented for EUR 3 per bike/day According to our booking terms, additional services can only be booked for the entire booking period and cannot be canceled.
