Please note that with 10 people, 2 people will sleep in the living room or in the wellness area on guest beds. If you book for up to 4 or up to 6 people, you choose your 2 or 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. The other bedrooms or bathrooms remain locked. Single room surcharge one-time additional EUR 50. Our guests only have access to the large V&B outdoor hot tub for 5 people if this has been booked additionally (EUR 30 per day). Access to the indoor wellness and fitness area (including sauna, steam room, hot tub, Kneipp treatments and fitness equipment) is only available to our guests if this has been booked in addition (EUR 20 per day) The gas fireplace is only available when booking for an additional EUR 10 per day. Other things to note Please note the minimum occupancy period and the arrival and departure day Saturday in summer from June June - September 13, 2024. During this time, the other days of the week are blocked for arrivals and departures. Unfortunately, this cannot be set in the Airbnb booking system. Check-in and house handover are done contactlessly and by phone. You will receive detailed instructions on the use of the wellness facilities and technology. 4 bikes and a cart are available for free use.
