Solsken — relax by the Vistula River

The apartment is located on a picturesque property in the historic municipality of Wyszogród, about 80 km from Warsaw. It is a separate part of the house, with a private entrance, balcony and its own parking space. The bedroom window overlooks the road leading right to the Vistula River, and the balcony offers a view of the lush garden and forest. The house is located in a valley within the Vistula Protected Landscape Area and the Natura 2000 Central Vistula Valley area, where you can hear and see native animal species at any time of the year. The space The apartment itself spans two levels – a total of 70 m²: - Living room with a lounge area, fireplace and dining area, - Well-equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, drip coffee maker, kettle, pots, pans, set of dishes), - Bedroom (2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm (which can be pushed together to form one bed), a comfortable sofa bed measuring 140x190 cm), - A spacious walk-in closet, - A large balcony, - Two bathrooms (both with a toilet; one with a shower and the other with a bathtub). The interior is finished in a classic style, using high-quality materials and with meticulous attention to detail. Central heating operates year-round, and there is also a small fireplace in the center of the apartment. Firewood is provided and included in the price of the stay. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi covers the entire apartment, and the large dining table is ideal for working. Guest access The apartment is rented in its entirety and has a separate entrance - both levels are for the exclusive use of guests, as are the balcony and parking. Other things to note Self check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m. The minimum stay is two nights. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with no parties or loud music allowed. Pets are welcome: dogs and cats, maximum two, to be reported at the time of booking. The area around the house is fenced on all sides. The nearest store is in Wyszogród, about 6 km away, so it's most convenient to do your shopping on the way. Outside the building, there is surveillance covering the grounds and the entrance gate. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
