The bedroom leads to a utility room/ kitchenette ( no stove) with provisions for tea, coffee, toaster, etc. and views over the rear garden. Guest access Private bedroom and bathroom through a private entrance. Also, private access to a utility room with views to the garden. Access to garden room and garden can be given subject to weather and number of days of the stay for you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in the green patch or have your morning tea listening to bird song !
