Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Second toilet in the outdoor areas. Fully equipped spacious kitchen, living room with TV. Outdoor seating, swimming pool, fire pit, fireplace. A common room with a separate entrance from the courtyard, separated from the residential part of the house. There is a pool table, a bar with a tap, a sauna, and seating. Parking in the driveway in front of the house. The cottage also has a friendly tomcat that completes the rural atmosphere.
