Meter Readings are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Pets are not permitted. Other things to note Sorry, but we do not allow pets. Two-week rentals only due to East Hampton restrictions on short-term rentals. Our rates do not include utilities (gas and electric) and other operating expenses (e.g., pool maintenance, garbage removal, gardening services, cleaning services, wifi). Meter readings for gas and electric will be taken the day of your arrival and the day of departure and the cost of usage will be billed back at cost with a deduction from your security deposit. You will be provided with meter readings and a report of usage. This is done because the variable of expense involved with use of air conditioning in the summer and pool heating. All short-term guests are required to be registered with the Town of East Hampton. To comply with these regulations, we will ask you to provide valid identification for all guests prior to listing. The house will be cleaned weekly and a cleaning charge of $200 per week will be applied. Rental # 24-952.
