The space Our very best room with a queen bed including Continental breakfasts for 2. This is 1 of the 3 rooms we rent on level 1 (upper) of our 5 level side split home. Guest access Room rentals include use of the 2/3 acre yard, shallow sand beach, 4 boats, dock, swim raft, camp fire pit, balls, bikes, books, board games, home theatre, pool, hot tub (except summer), 1600 sf patio, Tassimo, shared guest fridge, WIFI, Wii, games room. Excluded are our bathroom, bedroom, living room, office, elevated deck, kitchen (and all contents). During your stay The "Boss" and I are retired and will be on site full time during your visit to provide information about the area. Other things to note This "Captain's Quarters" is an extra $10 per night if the single bed in the room is also used. A 3rd Continental breakfast adds $5 if needed.
