Centrally located, you can reach the marketplace with cafes and some shops in 3 minutes on foot and the train station with good long-distance connections (Munich and Salzburg with approx. 45 minutes drive) in 8 minutes on foot. Numerous shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The space The country house in Upper Bavarian style has a holiday apartment on the ground floor with a large south-facing terrace, overlooking the flower and fruit garden. The cozy and high-quality furnished apartment of 80 m² meets high standards (parquet floors, wood-burning stove). Furnishings: Feel at home in a spacious and cozy south-facing kitchen, equipped with a dining table for 6 people, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, Bora stove with extractor hood in the ceramic hob, coffee and Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle and toaster, etc. You are welcome to use the Weber gas grill on the 35 m² south terrace. Basic kitchen equipment such as olive oil, vinegar, spices and organic detergent are provided. In the bedroom there is a high-quality box spring bed 1.60 m by 2.00 m, a wardrobe and a dresser. The living bedroom in the south with large window and view of the garden is equipped with a sofa bed 1.60 m to 2.00 m, a flat-screen TV, a desk and an additional wood-burning stove. The designer bathroom has a large shower, a toilet with integrated odor extraction, a towel radiator and underfloor heating. The hallway has an additional wardrobe room for storing clothes. There is a washing machine in the basement for shared use. An iron and ironing board is available. Bed linens (including change of bed linens) as well as hand towels and dish towels are available. Other: The final cleaning (60 euros) and the tourist tax are to be paid separately. Internet access and Wi-Fi are provided. Pets are not allowed. Parking space for your car in front of the house is free of charge.
