Its generous size and its different living areas allow you to enjoy a stay with family or friends, while maintaining spaces for everyone. On the ground floor: large dining room opening onto the kitchen, back kitchen with a water supply and washing machine, living room with TV, one bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, one bedroom with a 90 x 190 cm bed, separate toilet with sink, and bathroom with toilet. A third bedroom has two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be joined, on request, to form a 180 x 200 cm bed; it has its own bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: large living room with sitting area, table and chairs, foosball table and reading corner. A double bedroom on the mezzanine, separated from the living room by curtains, with two 90x190 cm beds. A children's bedroom with two 80 x 190 cm beds and the possibility of a third bed on request thanks to the pull-out bed. A double bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds. A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the floor. Outside, the large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. The 1.5-hectare plot offers several areas for relaxing as well as games for children. The sheets are included in the rental price and the beds are made on arrival, for an easy start to your stay as soon as you arrive. Mandatory cleaning fee: according to the rates indicated.
