We hope you will be very comfortable in our spacious studio-type room with its superb views across the Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire countryside. Our Garden Room offers flexible accommodation in a peaceful, rural setting just six miles from Oxford. The space The accommodation comprises twin beds plus a comfortable sofabed, en-suite bathroom, private entrance, TV with Freeview, Wifi, armchair, breakfast table, fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Ideal for visitors planning trips to Oxford, Bicester Village, Blenheim Palace and the surrounding areas. Please note that there are no cooking facilities in the room and we are not well served by public transport in the village, so a car is a must if you are staying with us. Free parking is available for up to two cars on our driveway. For guests visiting on business, we are convenient for access to the M40 and fast train links to London and Birmingham. Please be aware that the Garden Room is a no smoking location. Guest access Garden Other things to note You will need a car when staying with us as there is very limited public transport in the village. Taxis are available but will cost approximately £25-30 one way to Oxford or Bicester. There are no cooking facilities in the room.
