You will find the charming village of Rumbugh 2 miles away which has a lovely country pub, while the market town of Halesworth (4.5 miles) has a wider range of amenities and eateries. The space Visit Beccles (9 miles) where you can hire a paddleboard or boat along the river, or head to the seaside town of Southwold (13 miles) which is steeped in maritime history and has an award-winning beach. Further afield is the remarkable Norfolk Broads (20 miles) which has more than 180 miles worth of waterways to explore. This lovely rural hideaway is set over one floor and has open-plan living at its heart. Step inside and find a lounge/kitchen/diner set beneath a vaulted ceiling. This cosy and welcoming space provides a homely spot to enjoy relaxing evenings watching TV on the sumptuous sofas, or eating together at the dining table while admiring the views out of the patio doors. The practical kitchen is well-equipped, and a handy utility room is provided. As the day draws to a close, head through to the bedrooms.
