The potter's apartment

Our apartment is a cozy ground-floor apartment in an older semi-detached house in the center of Diedelsheim, a district of Bretten. The apartment, with a separate entrance, belongs to a former pottery property. The space The apartment consists of two bedrooms (18 sqm each), a living/dining area (28 sqm), kitchen (13 sqm) and spacious bathroom in the basement (16 sqm). The total space is 93 sqm. Bedroom and living/dining area have vinyl flooring, bathroom, kitchen and hallway are tiled. Central heating. Wi-Fi. Non-smoking. Pets on request. Parking on the street outside of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The living/dining area consists of a cozy dining area with a corner bench for 6 to 8 people with a cherry wood ceiling, paneling and built-in closets. Opposite a couch with matching armchairs and 37" TV. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.40 m wide), wardrobe and small furniture. The second has two single beds that can be arranged together or apart. A crib can be provided. The large bathroom in the basement (access from the apartment) is equipped with a sink, separate shower, bathtub, bidet and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer here. Other things to note Various shops including pharmacy and banks are within walking distance. Diedelsheim has a good gastronomy, which can also be visited without a vehicle.
