This lovely spacious, three bedroom cottage with off-road parking is situated in a peaceful setting on our family farm. Ideal for families, friends or couples looking for an escape to the countryside. Enjoy the wonderful farm garden including the use of our tennis court. Ten minutes away is Leamington Spa; bursting with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The space The cottage is situated in the beautiful farm grounds which guests can enjoy, along with the tennis court. The cottage is truly a home from home with all the amenities you need for your stay. There is a private parking space outside the property and plenty of space for more than one car. The cottage has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet and is perfect for up to six people. Bed linen is included and towels can be included at a small charge - please let us know in advance to your stay if you need towels. A high chair and travel cot is available, please just request this when booking. The kitchen renovated April 2023 and fully integrated and has everything you need for a whole range of cooking or baking options. Dogs are welcome £30 per dog per stay please let us know when you book. Refurbished en suite completed February 2023. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole cottage which is set over two floors. The garden and tennis court are available to all guests. Other things to note You will be staying on a working farm and other residents include horses, dogs and a few chickens. We also have three other cottages located on the farm, meaning the tennis court and garden may be shared with others.
