You’ll be minutes from the beaches and close to everything you love about beach life. Lewes Beach is located on the bay and perfect for the little ones with very small waves. Cape Henlopen State Park is on the ocean with larger waves. Both beaches feature restrooms and a snack stand. Home is located about 20 mins. south of DE Turf complex! The space You'll be able to prepare meals in a fully upgraded gourmet kitchen that features a six-burner gas cooktop, exterior vented hood, wall oven, and a wall microwave, and a super quiet dishwasher. The master bedroom is on the first floor with an en-suite bath that has dual vanities and a huge shower. Upstairs there is a large loft with two additional bedrooms and a hall bath with dual vanities. The laundry room is conveniently located on the first floor with a full-size washer and dryer. Note: There is a tot cot in the upstairs closet. Note: LINENS: We provide sheets, pillowcases for stays of 3 days or more. Mattress covers, pillows, blankets and comforters are provided. Our rental guests can either bring along their own towels or rent them locally. One place that rents linens locally is "Sheets at the Beach". You need to order 72 hours advance and have them delivered to your home for an additional fee. (Based on the number of beds and six towels it will cost about $110.00 for the week). They also rent beach and baby items. Or you can buy towels at Walmart (+/- 2 miles away) for about $4.00 or less each and throw away when you leave. **A/C thermostat has a low setting of 68 degrees** *Please read "House Rules" prior to booking.* Other things to note There is a three-night minimum for stays except July-Aug. which require four night stays.
