Paradise right on the Gelbbach in the Weserberg. In winter, it is cozy and warm (the main house), in summer, it is cool / Tiny! Everything is mini! 3 small rooms, kitchenette & 1 bathroom with shower, the 2nd bedroom with door/roof, American living room 12 sqm. small bar, wood-burning stove and an upscale interior. Decoration: music club style of the 60s, Wi-Fi after agreement, w. small Small smart TV / via Internet Coffee machine, water kettle, induction stove / summer / autumn 5/6 people possible Refrigerator. Located right on the Gelbbach, surrounded by a large natural garden with a pond, old trees and many loving details, this special tiny house invites you to slow down for a few days, take a deep breath and simply enjoy the tranquility. The cottage was largely built by ourselves and has precisely this charm: creative, individual and close to nature – not a perfect design location, but a lively place with personality and soul. In winter, the wood-burning stove provides a warm, cozy atmosphere, while the Tiny House remains pleasantly cool in summer. On the covered terrace, in the beach chair or by the water, you can relax wonderfully, read or simply enjoy the view of the countryside. --- The space The tiny house is particularly suitable for: - nature-loving people - couples or small families - hikers and cyclists - creative breaks - People who appreciate tranquility and special places The main house can accommodate up to 4 people. Welcome to the small holiday paradise on the Gelbbach. There is also a small sleeping barrel for 2 people to sleep in. Only usable from the 5th person! (ONLY bookable from April to September). For 4 people, the 2 double beds and an additional mattress in the house can be used. Another sleeping barrel will also be added there in the spring of 2025 (Then 8 people can stay there comfortably.) Please contact us if you want to use the fire bowl. Super cozy by the stove in the cold season in the beautiful wooden cabin / tiny home! Please read everything carefully! In winter, only 2 double beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) and (1.40 x 2.00 m). In summer, three to four double beds when booking for 5-6/7-8 people. (Then sleeping barrels 1 and 2) There is only one large bed in there / no stove) This is a small but very sweet paradise with a large garden right on the Gelbbach with a pond, where you can really switch off. In summer the house is cool. In winter, it is cozily warm with a stove. There is wood in winter, but it is important to turn the stove down with the control, otherwise too much wood will be wasted. Thank you. Hameln and the Weserbergland and 100 other attractions are there locally. There is 1 hot plate (on the cabinet) and a microwave. The cottage is not suitable for long-term rental, as you are not allowed to register there because it is a weekend and holiday property in a recreational area. (For authorities.) The cottage is also ideal for small families, for cyclists and hikers, or for small celebrations. Please respect nature and animals there. In winter, it is more suitable for 2 - 4 people! Because then more life takes place indoors and less in the countryside. 15 minutes to the Ith Sole Therme in Salzhemmendorf. If you have any questions, always ask. A stream flows directly along the property. Hameln and Coppenbrügge are very close! Please leave spotless / please vacuum. A vacuum cleaner is available on site! Please turn off the lights! & Close the windows before departure and please put the washed dishes back in the cupboard. Please leave everything as it was found. Many thanks Other things to note Please watch out for the children because of the small pond. The green open space is large. For use of the fire pit, please contact me beforehand and bring your own wood. Water cans next to it. And in dry periods, the fire doesn't work. There is somewhere else, but easily accessible, a cavalry table and Viking chess. There is only one table mat for billiards.
