Month to month is what we're looking for. Guests always prolongated. $700 to $1000 less on second month (no firm commitment, depending on the timing). Unique, PEACEFUL apart with decorative gas FP (Central Heat - no control of it from the listing- , large picture window overlooking landscaped yard. NO jacuzzi. Walking distance Red Rock's trails State Park. TopangaCenter2 miles, Beach 8'drive, Calabasas 7', etc The space Come to Topanga Canyon and enjoy this garden level guest apartment with modern design flair. A great escape from the rigors of city life, yet close enough for an easy commute to most of LA. Well-appointed Jr. 1 Bedroom comfortable apartment with polished concrete floors, full kitchen, full bathroom, outdoor shower (outdoor shower and garden are share, the second unit on Abnb has his own garden not share - no pic of it on this unit presentation). Wireless access and TV (upgrade cable on demand for longer terms) is one way to relax, or you can instead spend your time outdoors basking under the stars, soaking in the sounds of nature all around. This is not your typical rental unit. The sun is in the morning time but the lighting make it extremely cosy and beautiful to stay in, any time of the day. $25 fees would be charge for each additional Guest (Baby, Child or adult) after 2 people. Children must be under supervision. Dog friendly for those with friendly dogs. EACH dog would be considered and booked at the $5 day fees (not for long terms, minimal + deposit). Walking distance to Red Rock Canyon Park and other nearby trails Cell phones have limited reception here, but full wireless coverage and microcell available. So we CAN get you the reception most of the time, depending on the provider. AT&T and Verizon always work, most of providers. You can also get a reception Landline available for additional fee. Wi Fi on the propriety. We are only 2 miles to the center of Topanga. Less than 10' to the Pacific Ocean, Calabasas. 20' to Santa Monica and Venice. 30' to the Studio, etc Things to Do in Topanga and Surrounding Areas HIKING: Multiple trails with varying difficulties nearby. Some hidden gems. Red Rock Park, Backbone Trail, Tuna Canyon Park, Summit to Summit Trail, etc RESTAURANTS: Inn of the Seventh Ray: very well know for their romantic outdoor dining on the creek side, organic menu, little pricey and a much affordable and worth it special fantastic brunch on Sunday. Froggy’s Fish Market: not on anymore beside special events. Great huge outdoor deck with divers area as pool table, bars, table seating. Divers ambiance indoor, as a large indoor fireplace cosy seating area. Occasional live music. Occasional live music. Canyon Bistro: French. Outdoor patio. Really good, fare price. Mostly because some Guests may like a very high temperature, all day and all night, as well as others likes to leave the windows open with the heater on maximum, even if nobody home.
