Please let us know your preferred configuration before arrival. The space A spacious, modern 4-bedroom home sleeping up to 8 guests, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The property has been furnished with comfort and practicality in mind, making it ideal for families, friends, contractors, project teams and business travellers. There are four separate bedrooms, comfortable flexible sleeping arrangements with a double bed in 1 room and king beds (or twin beds on request) in the other 3 bedrooms, Smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout, EV charging, plus the convenience of a great location between Gloucester and Cheltenham and just a short distance from the M5. The house provides a comfortable base whether you’re staying for work, visiting family, attending an event or exploring Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. Guest access Guests have private, exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. You will have access to all four bedrooms, the living areas, kitchen, bathrooms and any other guest areas provided within the house. THere are also 2 designated parking spaces and a back garden area to enjoy as well. There is convenient access to the property and guests can come and go independently throughout their stay. Other things to note The property is particularly well-suited to longer stays, contractors and business travellers, as well as families and groups visiting the area. The house is spread over three floors, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. The property is located in a residential area, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during the evening and at night. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
