Our Shepherds Hut is situated in the farm garden. Area of outstanding natural beautyThe Devils Punchbowl walking country miles of footpaths ,village pub. The Hut is totally self-contained and suitable for one or two people. It has a wood-burning stove, shower, toilet, hand basin, butler sink, double bed, table, chairs inside & out, plenty of storage space,, far-reaching views, parking. Only 1-hour drive from London. If you fancy country living at its best, this is the place. Dogs very welcome! The space Perfect for horse riders (with their own horse - stables available), dog walkers, hikers, mountain bikers, animal lovers, motorcyclists or those simply needing somewhere to stay in the area. Horse riders may bring their own horses on a DIY basis. Please contact me for more details. There are countless miles of Bridle Ways without the need to ride on roads. Walkers & mountain bikers will enjoy the miles of footpaths and by-ways. Undercover parking is available for motorcycles by prior agreement. We have a menagerie here so animal lovers will be in heaven. Horse Whispering is a specialty, you may want a lesson or demo with or without your own horse. We have a great list of places to eat & drink, and local attractions in the area and we are always available to give advice if you have something you want to do. There are local pubs open for lunch & supper, a Sculpture Park down the road, a few different towns each with their own charm, and other local attractions such as art galleries, museums, golf courses, and stately homes. Guest access Guests have plenty of parking. There is a guest BBQ with outdoor table & chairs. There is no guest access to the farmhouse. Other things to note There are dogs, cats, a donkey, horses, sheep and lots of wildlife nearby. There will be funny noises and smells but it's all part of staying in the country.
