Cygnets Nest is a spacious annex attached to a family home and set in Bengate, part of the quiet parish of Worstead. It has its own entrance and hallway leading to the large double bedroom, wet room (with shower, W/C, sink and storage units) and living area comprising of a spacious kitchen/diner and lounge. There are French doors to the front and the rear of the property that open to outdoor seating areas. The annex has beautiful countryside views looking out over farmland and woodland. The space In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dining table and chairs. This leads through to the cosy lounge with warming wood burner and flat screen TV/DVD. In the bedroom there is a double bed, dresser and wardrobes. Cygnets Nest is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way, which runs from Great Yarmouth to Cromer. Bengate is 1 mile from the village of Worstead, and can be walked to along farmland footpaths or country roads. Worstead is well known for its history of weaving and its annual village festival in July. There is a pub serving food daily, and a magnificent medieval church. A mile outside the village of Worstead is Worstead train station, where you can travel the Bittern line into the city of Norwich or towards the seaside towns of Cromer or Sheringham. A short drive away you can find many other attractions such as the beautiful and diverse Norfolk coastline and the Norfolk Broads which can be explored by boat / canoe, or on the many footpaths alongside them.
