Functional Cozy Room in South Burlington

This is a spare bedroom in my townhouse. Tucked away in a private family-friendly neighborhood, you wouldn't even know that you are 10 minutes from downtown, the University Mall, the Interstate and the Airport and 30 minutes from the nearest Ski Resort. There’s street parking right in front of my house & after a long day come & relax in my outdoor patio. I've lived in Burlington for 10 years & can provide you with insights on restaurants, local craft beer, ski resorts & touristy activities The space The spare bedroom is functional. It's not the Ritz, but it's clean, quiet and a home away from home. Guest access All common areas in the house are accessible to my guests - except the bedrooms of course. You will have keys to enter into the house and from there you can come and go as you please. Other things to note If you are a craft beer lover, I'm happy to source a 4 or 6 pack of local hard-to-find craft beer for you (Heady Topper, Focal Banger, Sip of Sunshine, etc). Let me know in advance and we can arrange payment on arrival.
