Our caretaker is available to assist you with check-in. 🏠 Property & Accommodation * The property is primarily designed as a comfortable staycation for couples. * One AC is installed in the master bedroom only. * An additional sofa-cum-bed is available for a 3rd guest. * There are 2 functional washrooms: * One attached to the master bedroom. * One shared washroom with dual-access doors. * An additional washroom in the living area is currently non-functional. * A geyser is installed in one of the functional washrooms. 🪪 Guest ID Verification * Valid government-issued ID is required for every guest at check-in. * If any guest fails to provide the required ID, check-in will not be permitted. 🔇 Parties, Music & Noise * Parties, loud music, and any activity that disturbs neighbours are strictly prohibited. * Any such activity may result in immediate termination of the stay and checkout without refund. 🚫 Drugs & Illegal Activities * Drugs, prohibited substances, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited on the property. * If any such activity is found, appropriate action will be taken immediately and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. 🛒 Nearby Facilities * Grocery store and laundry service, govt dispensary are available approximately 200 metres away, within walking distance. 🧹 Kitchen & Housekeeping * Please treat the property like your own home and help us keep it clean for the next guest. * Kindly wash all utensils after use and leave the kitchen clean. * If unwashed utensils are found at checkout, a ₹200 cleaning charge will be applicable for the helper who cleans them. 🔐 Late Check-in / Return * If you plan to check in or return to the property after 10:00 PM, please inform the caretaker in advance. * For security reasons, the main doors will be closed at 11:00 PM. 🍲 Home-Cooked Meals * Home-cooked meals are available on advance order.
