Taking care of the cabin The guest must take care of the cabin, its facilities, furniture, appliances, utensils and decor. 2. Damage or breakage Any appliance, furniture, utensil or object that is damaged or broken during the stay must be replaced or paid for by the guest according to its replacement value. 3. Cleanliness and tidiness The cabin must be kept clean and tidy during the stay. When leaving, please leave the utensils and spaces used in proper condition. 4. Cabin capacity The cabin must be used only by the number of people reported at the time of booking. Any additional guests must be authorized in advance. 5. Hot tub Guests are responsible for the use of the hot tub. Children must be always under adult supervision. 6. Safety Guests must make responsible use of all facilities and promptly report any damage or situation that may pose a risk. 7. Pets Pets must be authorized in advance, and their owners will be responsible for any damage or dirtiness caused by them. 8. Check-in and check-out Check-in and check-out times will be provided when the reservation is confirmed. Please respect the established times. 9. Responsibility for belongings The administration is not responsible for loss, damage or misplacement of personal items left in the cabin or in the outdoor areas. 10. Return of the cabin At the end of the stay, the guest agrees to leave the cabin in good condition, taking into account normal wear and tear from use.
