Geneva-On-The -Lake through the seasons

See our "Ohio Ocean" Lake Erie shore-line view in all seasons from our third floor "Treehouse". Over 30 area wineries-one right next door, 1/4 mi to Historic Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL Strip-1st Ohio Resort early 1900, family and adult amusements , trails along the shoreline within walking distance, 1 hr west to Cleveland Ohio or east to Presquile Isle, Pa, or south to Amish Country. No smoking. 2 cars avail parking but is negotiable. Be mindful of the Condo Association Rules. The space This condo is spacious and open with two large triple sliding glass door windows on the north facing wall to see our "Ohio Ocean" Lake Erie. With the entrance door open, a side door, and the sliders, Lake breezes easily keep this space feeling cool and breezy! Plus, when the Lake is stirred up by wind, you can hear the waves crash against the shoreline! Great for sleeping! Condo is 3rd floor accessible by stairs. No elevator on premises Guest access There is a heated pool with many lounge chairs and several umbrella tables. Opens Mothers Day weekend . Weather dependent, the pool is kept open past Labor Day. A utility closet on the deck holds some Lake/pool accessories. The deck looking at the Lake is shared by one other Condo but the deck is long so there is plenty of space between if that neighbor is even there. Dont use the deck stairs as this where most residents enjoy their outdoor space. Other things to note From Memorial Day to Labor day and weather permitting- maybe later than Labor day, Geneva-On-The-Lake GOTL is a historic resort town with the old feel of arcades( although there are newer games-zip lines, go carts), ice cream and food stands, putt-putt, antique cars and golf carts cruising the main drag, adult establishments and wineries with live entertainment. Besides the strip however are over 30wineries/breweies/ distilleries in this region within a 15 minute drive. All of this is accessible year-round. During the winter, enjoy Frozen Lake Erie, the fireplace and serenity of the area. Year round this place is amazing!
