You'll swim, you'll sunbathe, and you'll be welcomed home each afternoon by a sunroom, a small deck, and a private gas grill. Follow the narrow driveway from Long Beach Avenue to reach this single-level home, which you'll enter by way of the cozy front deck. Step inside to unwind in the window-lined sunroom. There's a washer/dryer in the first bedroom to take care of your swimsuits and towels and a Netflix-equipped TV in the living room for your evening entertainment. Find full-size appliances in the nicely equipped kitchen, a gas grill just outside, and a dining table for four in the sunroom. When it's time to turn in for the evening, there's even window-unit air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms. Things to Know Guest access You'll enter via the electronic deadbolt at the front door. Enter your 10-digit code - wait 3-5 seconds for the Schlage button to flash green and the mechanism to fully disengage, then rotate the deadbolt away from the doorframe to unlock. If you enter the code incorrectly, the light flashes red; press the Schlage button to reset and try again. After 4 incorrect attempts, the lock will pause for 30 seconds before allowing another try. To lock the door when you leave, press the Schlage button and rotate the deadbolt toward the frame. A backup lockbox with an emergency key is located on the deck rail. Contact the property if you need the lockbox code. Other things to note The cottage includes window air conditioning units in each bedroom, which you can control to your comfort. Electric baseboards provide heat in winter. You'll have a smart TV in the living area - use your own streaming credentials to log in to your preferred apps. Linens, bedding, and towel sets are provided, with backup sets available in the unit. Complimentary start-up amenities include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry soap, sponge, and hand soap. You're responsible for any additional supplies you need during your stay. Trash and recyclables are picked up once per week on Friday - place them together in a trash bag in the outside barrels.
