The house is located minutes away from the Serna Canal and the Paraná de las Palmas River. You can get here by your own boat, by a shared boat leaving from the Tigre River Station (1:45 hrs), or by taxi boat (0:25 hrs leaving from Dique Luján). It has a large porch overlooking a private lagoon connected by a canal to the river. 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. 2 bedrooms with single beds and shared bathroom. Large living-dining room with integrated kitchen with bar. The house has its own sandy beach, a rowboat, a fire pit, a grill, a disc for cooking with open flame, etc. Daily cleaning and cooking service may be contracted, for which all supplies must be provided to the staff. Casa Timbó has an emergency generator in case of a power outage. Guests will need to bring food and beverages for their stay. Casa Timbó has a boat service to Almacén on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (must be requested in advance from the provider to coordinate) Guest access Casa Timbó is located inside a private complex. The lagoon, the central island, the coastal and interior paths, and the 2800 m2 of land belonging to Casa Timbó are all available for use. Access to neighboring house lots is not allowed. Other things to note Almacenera boat: On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the supply boat passes by, and you can buy meat, vegetables, dairy products, drinks and various grocery products.
