This simple, ground floor cottage with an Austrian character and has a living room with an adjacent dining area and modern, well-equipped kitchen and three bedrooms (of which one with a bunkbed). The modern bathroom is provided with a walk-in shower. The cottage is not isolated yet suited for stays in winter due to the central heating. The garden is spacious, covered, completely fenced and offers a lot of privacy. Moreover, the vine covered, roofed terrace completes the picturesque picture and offers you a pleasant spot to enjoy the long, warm and cosy summer nights. The children have also been thought of.
