The flat is on the ground floor looking over the cycle route, it's near Santo Stefano historic centre and 5 minute walk from the beach. It's ideal for a couple or a small family. The space The flat is made up of one sleeping room, a living room with a sleeper sofa, bathroom with shower and a small terrace for breakfast or to keep the bikes. There is a reserved (but not private) parking lot just in front of the house. The flat is equipped with heaters that can be autonomously adjusted during winter. We usually provide linens and towels.
