Franzis holiday home in the Herzgebirge on the ski slope

My apartment is located in the middle of a multi-party housing estate on the outskirts of the village of Auerbach. From all windows you can look directly into nature, have the ski lift from the living room in view and a parking space at the front door. The apartment is completely refurbished and completely newly equipped. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. By car, many destinations in the Erzgebirge can be reached quickly. The nearest shops are less than 5 minutes away. The space The accommodation is lovingly equipped and decorated. Everything you need for a family-friendly apartment is there. The bedroom offers a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). In the children's room there is a pull-out bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). In addition, it is possible to pull out the sofa in the living room for another sleeping option (max. 2 people). - Travel cot, high chair, potty, children's tableware (see pictures) available - 2 bicycles to rent (extra fee per day, by arrangement) - Wi-Fi is available (VDSL 50000) In the neighboring village of Gornsdorf there is an outdoor swimming pool. This is a 18-minute walk and a 5-minute drive. Other things to note Since the apartment is located in the middle of the Erzgebirge, excursion destinations can easily be reached by bike. These include, for example, the Greifensteine, the Geyerische Teich or the Fichtelberg. If a bike tour is planned, you can rent up to two bikes. These are located in the basement. Depending on how long the bikes are used, an additional daily flat rate applies. Please write me in advance if you want to rent bicycles :)
