Briar Cottage is a two-bedroom quaint traditional holiday cottage tucked away on the edge of the enchanting village of Westleton, away from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet within walking distance of the gastro pub and village shop. Comfortably sleeping three guests it is the ideal spot for relaxing with friends and family, not forgetting the dog. The space Step into the light and airy lounge with a window looking out to the garden. There is a 3-seater sofa, two swivelling armchairs, an adjustable coffee / dining table, Smart TV and an ornate electric fire. The lounge leads into the compact fully equipped kitchen. There is a fridge with ice box, 4-ring electric hob and oven, integrated dishwasher, microwave, Krups coffee (pod) machine, kettle and toaster. A half frosted window looks out to the back and a door leads to the back shared garden area. The downstairs bathroom is off the kitchen. There is a bath, walk in shower, WC, hand basin and towel rail. A window lets in natural light. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a cloakroom Bedroom 1: Sliding door leads into the bedroom where there is a double bed, two bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, and a “built-in” dressing table with a large mirror and a chair. Windows look out to the front garden and let in lots of natural light. There is also a TV in the room. Bedroom 2: There is a single bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers. Window looks out to the road. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Outside there is a private garden to the front which is mainly laid to lawn, with some shrubs. There is a table and chairs should you wish to dine al fresco or just relax and soak up the sun with a chilled glass of wine. There is also a garden to the rear of the property which is shared with the neighbours. Westleton is a quintessential Suffolk village surrounded by wonderful walks and cycle routes with exciting places to explore – RSPB Minsmere, historic Dunwich, picturesque Southwold and much more. The Westleton Crown and The White Horse Inn are both great pubs and there’s a village shop, book shop and village green.
