What you see in the photos is what you get! More personal space than your average hotel room. Tranquil backyard. Your own guest parking space. Washer/dryer access. Separate AC unit you control. LATE CHECK OUT. NO CLEANING OR TASKS to do upon leaving. The space The listing details show all amenities included and as photos speak a thousand words, we can promise the studio is as shown! - CHECK OUT - NO TASKS or cleanup needed. Leave as is! That's what your cleaning fee is for. - kitchen includes everything you'll need to cook up your basic meals. Pots, pans, baking sheets, and even oil plus simple seasonings. - extra towels, extra sheets, lots of toilet paper, even little toiletries just like a hotel room. We will even restock or bring fresh sheets and towels reasonably as needed. - access to a washer and dryer, with detergent available. Not in the unit but right across the way in the carport. - OCCUPANCY = The best scenario is for a single person or a couples getaway as its a cozy space not meant for a large group. Guest access Guests can toast their own s'mores at our wood burning firepit and the stainless steel bbq is available for any grilling. Or maybe just sit outside and enjoy the wind rustling thru the trees and leaves, guests have free use of the backyard at all times. Other things to note So you know what to expect: - it is a 1st floor unit, we live on the 2nd floor, so there will be some sounds from above (creaking floor, barking dogs) but we try to be as quiet as possible! - the driveway to the house is VERY steep and the turning radius to get back up narrow. Those with low riding cars or large trucks may prefer to park on the street. - we are in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. In a car or bike many things are only minutes away but the bus stop is a 15 minute walk, while a full HEB grocery store is a 30 minute walk.
