ATTENTION!!! THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED!!! A detached modern villa for family vacations in a quiet and secluded location near Batumi. It offers an amazing panoramic view of Batumi, the sea, the mountains, the river, and the surrounding nature. The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There is a barbecue area with a large table for relaxing with a large group. Tranquility, privacy, nature, and fantastic views are the main features of this place. The space A separate two-story house, fully prepared for a comfortable stay of a family or a group of 4-5 people. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a sofa, a kitchen, a dining table, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. The sofa unfolds and can be used as an extra bed. There are two separate bedrooms on the second floor: one with a large double bed, the other with two separate single beds. There is also a bathroom on the second floor. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and its equipment: household appliances, two air conditioners, a refrigerator, a stove, a TV, a washing machine, as well as all the necessary utensils and equipment for cooking and eating. A separate parking space is provided for each guest. Guests can also freely use the shared area of the complex, the swimming pool, and the sun loungers. The swimming pool and use of the complex grounds are included in the price of accommodation. There is also a large barbecue area with a table for relaxing with friends. The use of the barbecue area is available for an extra charge and is pre-arranged with the administration. 15 minutes to Batumi and 5 minutes to the nearest store (by car). Other things to note Smoking indoors is STRICTLY prohibited, fine 500 gel. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, there is an ashtray for your convenience. Please note: you choose a cozy private apartment for your stay, not a hotel. Daily cleaning and meals are not included in the price, but if necessary, we are always ready to advise and help with the organization of additional services.
