The space VIRAAM The Glass House is a 3BHK independent bungalow with 3 Master Bedrooms with open garden and river touch view in chavani , Khopoli-pali road, Approx. 90 KM from Mumbai and via Atal Setu it's just 1 hour 30 minutes, 25 KM to Lonavala , 20 KM distance connected to missing link. Our property is on an internal highway with a well-constructed road. We take pleasure in providing a clean and sanitary atmosphere for our guests. Guest Access Entire Villa Guest Facilities Inverter backup is available during power outages or fluctuations. Only basic lights and fans work on inverter backup. Power outages due to weather or regional restrictions are beyond our control. Basic functional kitchen with refrigerator, induction cooktop, cooking utensils, cutlery, and crockery for quick snacks. Heavy cooking is discouraged for safety and hygiene. However, basic cooking may be allowed for families with children below 5 years or senior citizens. Private housekeeper available on call until 9 PM. Fresh bed mattresses, linens, towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for all rooms. For groups above 6 people, floor mattresses, fresh linens, quilts, pillows, and towels will be provided. The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests. Important Information A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected. Any damages during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. Only Aadhaar Card, Driving License, and Passport are accepted as valid ID proofs. All guests must provide ID proof. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. Illegal activities including possession or distribution of illegal drugs, prostitution, pornography, sexual exploitation, or gambling are strictly prohibited. Any such activity will be reported immediately to the local authorities.
