We offer you an apartment in the front of the Bavarian Forest with amazing views. The apartment (120 sqm/Wi-Fi) is located on the 405 m high Starzenberg, surrounded by 3 other properties. This is a former agricultural property where the entire first floor apartment is available. The other living spaces (basement and attic) are not inhabited. Ideal starting point for day trips and hikes into the surrounding area. Garden use with barbecue Sunbeds available magnificent location, occasional Alpine views possible Orchard 2 supermarkets about 1 km (car makes sense because of mountain) Doctors and other facilities are available in the village of Hunderdorf, 2 km away in winter, in heavy snowfall/ice smoothness, coming and going to the apartment can be disturbed at short notice to the mean snow clearing Our minimum stay is 3 nights Please note: 7 nights are required over New Year's Eve Guest access The entire first floor corresponds to the apartment. The basement, attic and the former agricultural buildings are not accessible. The apartment is suitable for walkers. There are only 2 external steps to overcome at the front door. For help, a handrail is attached to the wall. Access to the toilet/shower does not correspond to the standard width of 81 cm, but is suitable for conventional walkers. Other things to note You will enjoy a magnificent view here, have a good starting point for excursions and tours and are well supplied despite the quiet location. For pets, we charge a one-time fee of €20 per pet per stay
