Beautiful oasis 200 meters from the beach

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The vacation home is located on a quiet road just 200 meters from the beach. The dike that runs along Lolland's south coast offers the opportunity for a wonderful walk. Go to Hummingen, play a round of mini golf, or have lunch at the old digegaard. The small local grocery store is 300 meters away, next to the local pizzeria. Here, you can really slow down, but with plenty of opportunities to get around and experience Lolland or take a trip to Germany. The space We recently took over the vacation home and are in the process of renovating it - but we're still not finished. So it needs a coat of paint and a screw here and there – but that doesn't affect the atmosphere, which is absolutely fantastic. The house has a brand-new kitchen that opens up to a dining room and living room. The dining table can be pulled out at each end to make it longer. The house has 3 rooms. 2 rooms with a double bed that is 160 cm wide. 1 room with a sofa bed that is 130 cm wide. The bathroom has a shower stall, a washing machine, and a dryer. Continuing from the kitchen/living room, there is an exit to a sunny terrace with a garden table and chairs, as well as two deck chairs. The garden is fenced.
