We welcome you all year round: for a night, a week or more, depending on the season and our availability. Our Gîte "ROSE DES VENTS", which can accommodate up to 5 people. TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher. Access to the beautiful garden with its different spaces. Private parking. The space Our Gîte "Rose des vents" is part of La Palmeraie, in the North Cotentin, between Barneville-Carteret and Les Pieux, 30km from Cherbourg. In the heart of the old village, just 800m from the sea! The beach is supervised in summer. Our house is nice and comfortable. The Gîte "ROSE DES VENTS" includes: - on the ground floor: a large fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer fridge, microwave, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a living room (flat screen tv 81cm) and a bathroom (shower) with towel dryer, washing machine, dryer. - upstairs: * Bedroom N°1 : 1 double bed in 140. * Bedroom 2: 2 single beds in 90 + 1 clic-clac with bultex mattress (daily mattress) + 1 umbrella bed. Access to the beautiful garden with its large and small grounds, its different spaces to eat/rest. WiFi OPTION: *FOR WEEKLY RENTALS: Towel towel rental toilet towel and hand towel: €25/person/week. Change of the set every Saturday when renting over several weeks. * If you are not driven: "We'll pick you up" or "We'll bring you back" (maximum 30km) The garden of "LA PALMERAIE" will enchant you, you can discover: its oasis of fine sand, its terrace by the creek, as well as its terrace at the edge of the laundry. Guest access Access to the gîte, gardens. Other things to note SURFERS: water point with rinsing tank for wetsuits, clothes dryer to be used only in the concrete channel and not on the bitumen.
