Ballyginny Cottage is a renovated labourer's cottage which has been extensively modernised to fit the needs of modern life, whilst retaining the charm of its original heritage and character. Up to 6 guest can be accommodated This beautiful cottage is finished to a very high standard. All accommodation is on the ground floor. It comprises of an open plan kitchen and living spaces equipped with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and is bright and airy with French Doors opening to a view of Slieve Donard rolling down to the sea. It includes a dining table and modern conveniences to include electric oven/hob, fridge, microwave, and washer / drier. There is a MIFI device available for guests to use both in the cottage and on the go during their stay. Remember to return it to the kitchen window before you leave. A SIM card may be sourced at local retailers. The main living room has a wood burner some firewood maybe at the property and is fitted with a flat screen TV which includes Freeview Channels. Remember to return the remote control to the coffee table before you leave. There is a downstairs WC and wash basin. There are 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds and each has an ensuite with an electric shower. Beds are made up with bed linen provided for the guests booked (2 per double). Hand towels are provided. Additional linen / towels can be requested up to 72 hrs before arrival. Charges apply Dogs are welcome by arrangements.
