The space The speciality: Vintage - The special furnishings combine the charm of days gone by with the cosiness of the Sauerland. The furnishings have been lovingly selected and refurbished by hand. Each piece of furniture tells its own story. Feel good - simply feel at home. Our holiday flat offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove, a sunny children's room, a cosy bedroom and a bright bathroom with a refreshing rain shower and bathtub to relax in. The south-facing balcony and a terrace invite you to relax. Our garden can also be used - make yourself at home. Take a break - The Märkisches Sauerland offers a variety of possibilities at any time of year. Whether a visit to Altena Castle, swimming in the nearby outdoor and indoor pools (currently closed), hiking, mountain biking, motorbike tours or visiting the surrounding excursion destinations. Whether on holiday with the family or with friends ... In 3 minutes in the middle of the forest, enjoy the peace and quiet, visit the donkeys in the meadow, listen to the birdsong, watch bats or fireflies ... Sounds good? Then you've come to the right place. And if you're more in the mood for excursions - the surrounding area also has a lot to offer, such as the medieval Altena Castle with its adventure lift and wire museum, the Sauerlandpark Hemer with playgrounds and rocky sea, the stalactite Dechenhöhle cave, the Fuelbeck dam or the indoor and outdoor swimming pool right on the doorstep (closed until 2028). We are happy to give you suggestions! Business travellers are welcome for at least 2 nights. Bed linen and towels are included for stays of more than 5 nights. For shorter stays, linen packages with bed linen and towels are available for a fee. (10 Euro per person/stay. If required, a subsequent charge will be made here in the portal).
