Warren Lodge Barn - Eco-friendly Barn Conversion

Our eco-friendly, architect-designed barn conversion sits in an acre of land on the edge of a forest looking out over open fields. The barn sits in its own spinney which is for guests' private use. There are a variety of paths for lovely walks with plenty of wildlife. Accessible by a 3/4 mile unmade track, it is a quiet and peaceful place to stay, with a flat, dramatic landscape and fantastic sunsets. Finished to a high standard. The space The barn has been converted to the highest international standards, with double height ceilings in the large living space and French windows opening onto a patio area with outdoor seating. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an upper gallery space perfect for work or to sit and read a book. Through cleverly designed insulation, the barn is able to stay warm in winter and cool in summer on its own, though we have underfloor heating for those chillier nights. It is also wheelchair accessible. The Starlink Internet is of high quality: you can stream, hold online meetings etc. Telephone via internet and news sites etc work well. Guest access Guests will have the run of the spinner grounds. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. Designer feeding bowls, and a stylish quilted doggy blanket. We think that our canine guests would provide top reviews if they could. Wifi connection is now excellent, via Starlink. The system allows streaming, quality online calls, and use of Teams/Zoom etc. EV charging overnight is possible from an external plug socket.
