Entire Detached House with Garden, North London

Detached house in Southgate with 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a garden. Amazing place with kids especially with the new trampoline outside. We also have a baby cot available. 3 minutes walk from Tesco and pharmacy/ 10 minutes walk from Asda, Boots / 15 minutes walk from Southgate station on the Piccadilly line. Warning : No TV but a large screen in the Master Bedroom where you can plug your PC. Late check in possible with no extra fee. Late check out possible, til 1 pm, with a fee of 20£. The space Central heating, large L shaped sofa bed and large dining table that easily fits six people. The bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. You will sleep without any noises (detached house so no walls shared, quiet street so no traffic). 2 bedrooms upstairs with double beds and one of them can also have an extra mattress on the floor if 7 of you are staying. 1 bedroom downstairs with a double bed. The main bathroom is upstairs and there is a cloakroom downstairs so that there is no need to climb the stairs during the night. It has all the facilities you'd expect free wifi, dishwasher with some free washing tablets, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, oven, HOB, microwave, kettle, toaster. Only no TV but we haven't had one for 10 years now and don't miss it at all. You can use the screen in the Master Bedroom and plug in a PC there to stream/watch Netflix or others. It's got everything if you want to stay in and cook instead of eating out. All linen and towels are included, there's storage for clothes and shampoo + shower gel in case you forgot yours. Guest access Exclusive use of the full house and garden. Absolutely nothing to share. Other things to note SORRY NOT SUITABLE: For social gathering of friends or parties.
