20 m² in the "Wilhelmine" - House with heart & charm

Your room is located in a 100-year-old Swiss house in the heart of Bremen. This means a lot of charm & attention to detail. Your room is stylishly furnished, according to the motto "modern" meets "old." Beautiful kitchen & modern bathroom. The house is very quiet - on the front side it borders the Hastedter cemetery. Parking is usually available right outside the door. The walk to the Weser recreational area takes 7 minutes.; 10 minutes by tram to the city. The space It's a big house. I live upstairs with a child and a dog. We share the house entrance and hallway. You have your own lockable room. There is a large kitchen-living room that can be used for lounging and breakfast. It is not available for cooking sessions. There is a large fridge with freezer compartment, in which compartments are available especially for you. There is another furnished room (see other listing) on the first floor. Only if this is rented at the same time would you share the bathroom and kitchen-living room during your stay; otherwise you have the kitchen and the newly renovated shower room for you, as I use my own on the upper floor. The "Wilhelmine," as I affectionately call the house, is an open and friendly house where guests, friends and workaways are warmly welcome. I am happy to give you tips on what you should not miss in Bremen or where you can find the best Italian food - but you decide how much contact you want. Just "getting out," enjoying peace & nature, is also very good here. Regarding the check-in, I am currently quite flexible and suggest that we simply write by email and make an appointment. P.S.: This is a dog-friendly house; taking your four-legged friend is possible for a small surcharge (if compatible with other dogs). A dog bed can be provided. Guest access You enter the "Wilhelmine," stand in the wind porch and see through the spacious hallway into the kitchen-living room. On your left is your lockable room with a 1.80 m wooden bed, cozy lounge chair, laptop table as well as a chest of drawers and corner wardrobe. The newly renovated shower room is also on the first floor and is part of your living space next to the large kitchen-living room.
