Sea-facing villa – calm and relaxing

The villa is located in a natural environment by the sea, with many bougainvillea, a pleasure for the eyes. The presence of a very large terrace with sea view will make you enjoy your outdoor dining. A day and night caretaker is present. Guests will enjoy the quiet of a residential area, while enjoying restaurants, and attractions within walking distance or by car. In addition, you can enjoy a cook, housekeeper and babysitter. The space The place has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Depending on the number of occupants, we open the extension of the house for the 3rd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom. You have a large kitchen, a living area and a dining area. The charming element of the villa lies in the terrace present along the entire length of the villa and facing the sea. You can enjoy your breakfast and lunch with sea views. A Wi-Fi router is available. Just charge it with credit. We can guide you on site. We can provide you with a housekeeper and a person who can prepare meals (service available if booked in advance: 1 week minimum before arrival). Payment for these services will be made by you on site in agreement with the villa manager and according to the desired frequencies. Guest access The villa is located on Palm Beach: Ambondrona. Car access via the Palm Beach entrance and pedestrian access via Madirokely and Palm Beach. You will have access to the entire property You can park a vehicle if you have one. You can rent a scooter for about 7 euros/day. Agencies are usually located on the beach of Madirokely or Ambatoloaka (respectively 15 min and 25 min walk from the villa). If you wish, we can provide you with a taxi upon arrival that will take you to the villa (tell us your name and arrival time, flight number), allow about 15 euros for the ride. Some directions: the villa is a 15-minute walk to Madirokely Beach, 7 minutes by scooter or car, 10 minutes to Ambatoloake Beach. 5 min to Palm Beach Hotel and 7 min to Nosy Lodge (restaurants). By car you are 20-25 minutes from Nosy-Bé city center: Hell-Ville. Other things to note Restaurants are located on the villa's beach (between 7 and 15 min walk). As an external guest, you have access to Palm Beach Resort and Spa hotel services: spa, bar, restaurants, etc. within a 5-min walk). Excursions are made from the beach of Madirokely or Ambatoloaka, so you will be very close. So you can easily get to the meeting points for departures to Nosy Komba, Nosy Tanikely, Nosy Iranja, Mitsio Islands, Nosy Tanikely as well as scuba diving or whale excursions. You are also on the road to Mont Passot and Nosy-Be Golf. The Orange shop in Hell-Ville or Ambatoloaka allows you to get a SIM card with package for a very reasonable price. Ideal if you plan to stay several weeks.
