The space A VILLA DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME Living areas The living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen extend out onto the terrace on the same level: the large bay windows remain open from morning to night, and the boundary between indoors and outdoors eventually disappears. This is the true luxury of the tropics. The private pool All yours. Bordered by a terrace and sun loungers, out of sight. Swimming upon waking, a nap in the shade, an aperitif by the water while the children continue to swim: the villa is organized around it. The three bedrooms Each has its own bathroom or shower room. A family with children: The pool is private, the estate is secure and gated, and the kids' club is just a few minutes away. Be careful, the pool is not covered. By staying at the villa, you can enjoy the estate's facilities. THE BEACHES Anahita's private beach on Île aux Cerfs, served by a free shuttle boat from the estate: white sand, turquoise water, sun loungers and food service. This is the quintessential Mauritian postcard scene, and you can go there whenever you want. The shuttles leave from the pier at fixed times and 30 minutes past the hour. For example, 9:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 10:00 AM, etc... The estate also has its own beach and pontoon on the lagoon. WATER SPORTS The estate's water sports center: kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, snorkeling. Non-motorized activities are included; motorized sports (jet skiing, water skiing, parasailing) are available at an additional cost. The Anahita lagoon is one of the calmest on the island – ideal for beginners or for taking children. WELLNESS AND GYM Estate spa, fitness room, tennis courts. Massages can be arranged in the villa. CHILDREN Resort's supervised kids and teens club. MEALS Several restaurants within the estate, from casual dining by the lagoon to more gourmet cuisine. Shops and a convenience store are also on the premises. Everything is done on foot or by golf cart (optional, €15/day) — it's the local means of transport, and the kids love it. SSR Airport: About a 45-minute drive.
