The space Built in 1930, this charming Queenslander combines classic character with the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, full laundry with washing machine and dryer, 50-inch Smart TV and Wi-Fi. For year-round comfort, split-system air conditioning is provided in the main bedroom and living area, with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area. 🐾 Pets Pets may be considered by prior arrangement. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the main house. A secure, lockable and well-ventilated area underneath the house is available for your furry friend. Please note that the property is fully fenced at the rear only. If you would like to bring a pet, please contact us before booking so we can discuss the arrangements and prepare the designated space for your pet. We want to ensure everyone is clear about the pet rules before your stay. 🚆 Getting Around East Ipswich Train Station is within walking distance, providing convenient access to Ipswich and surrounding areas. Guests can travel using a go card or compatible contactless tap-and-go payment card, with one card required per passenger. 🚗 Parking There is limited off-street parking, as there is a school located directly across the road and street parking can become busy during school hours. The property has a concrete driveway leading to the house, along with a double carport within the patio area. Please note that height restrictions apply to the carport, so guests with larger vehicles should check the available clearance before arrival. Also please be aware this is a Non smoking house, if you are to smoke please limit to outdoors and keep doors closed so the odour does not affect the internal property, wash your hands and face thoroughly after so this odour doesn’t transfer to the linen and towels. if you’re to smoke inside the property extra high fee of cleaning of the entire property will be requested for deodorising surfaces, walls, professional cleaning of linen, aircon filters cleaning and a negative review for not following the house rules. Please consider this before booking Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, the rear yard and the carport for the duration of their stay. On rare occasions, the owners or authorised contractors may require access to the shed located at the rear of the property. If this is necessary, you will be notified in advance, and every effort will be made to minimise any disruption to your stay.
