Proctor Cottage (Queen Bed; Private Parking)

Private studio space includes queen-sized bed, full bathroom (with laundry included), large eat-in kitchen with all cookware and utensils provided, and single car parking right out your front door. Charming private outdoor courtyard area is the perfect place to spend quiet time with your gourmet coffee or favorite wine. This property is NOT pet friendly. The space CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: In our property, your safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to us! We sanitize all surfaces, bedding, linens, etc. between every guest. We also supply toilet paper, disinfecting products, hand soap, body wash, paper towels, tissue, and many other extras for your use during your stay with us. If there is anything else you need to make your stay more comfortable, please ask. This is a single-level studio bungalow with a queen bed off the living room area. Full bathroom, including shower and tub, with washer and dryer and all necessary amenities provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware items if you wish to cook. Some breakfast, tea and coffee options are provided to get you started. There is a private outdoor courtyard for dining and relaxation located behind the cottage. The relaxing oasis is equipped with a BBQ for summer time grilling. Parking for one car is available right in front of the door. Additional parking is available on the main street. Guest access This bungalow is located at the back of the property off a quiet alley and is completely private. The owner lives in the main house on the property. The spacious gardens and patios are available to guests. Other things to note Private off-street parking is available at the cottage’s front door. Use the alley access to park one car. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood for additional cars. Please do not block the alley or garage doors. PLEASE NOTE our strict check-in time; no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is no later than 11am.
