The garden room is a comfortable and well presented separate annex, a welcoming space with cosy feel. It is part of our home but an independent area with no shared indoor space and separate access. Other things to note Central location within walking distance of a pub that serves excellent food and local amenities. Sandringham is a 35minute drive, Hunstanton a 50 minute drive. Springfields outlet centre 30 minutes. The lovely historical town of kings Lynn is 12 miles, it has a wide range of shops and some interesting places to visit. Excellent golf course very close.
