Zollquartier - Apartment 2.1

Where borders once separated, the Zollquartier now connects. The lovingly revitalized former customs house is located in the middle of the Weinviertel, right on the border with South Moravia. A modern, approximately 40 m² apartment for up to four people awaits you, with a bedroom, living area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The ideal starting point for enjoyment, culture, nature and limitless discoveries around Valtice, Lednice and the Weinviertel. The space The apartment can accommodate up to four people. It has a separate bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed and a cozy living area with a sofa bed for two additional guests. The kitchen is equipped with an induction range, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need for a pleasant stay. A private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, underfloor heating, TV and free wifi add extra comfort. Linens and towels are of course provided. Guest access During your stay, the entire booked apartment is available for your exclusive use. In addition, you can use the bicycle garage and the outdoor area of the Zollquartier. Free parking is available right by the property. Access to the building and the apartment is easy with a personal numeric code. This will be sent as soon as the online check-in is successfully completed. This allows you to check in flexibly and independently from 3:00 pm. Other things to note Please note that we do not offer breakfast in the Zollquartier. However, in our guest folder you will find selected breakfast options, inns, wine taverns and shopping opportunities in Schrattenberg and the surrounding area. The entire Zollquartier is a non-smoking accommodation. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. We ask that you be considerate of the other guests and observe the quiet hours. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
